THE building of the Agape Church-complex was started on June 8, 1992. It was preceded by an architectural competition in which 18 architects took part in designing the church. The competition was won by Ilmar Klammer. It has been built by Eston under the leadership of Tani Roos. DEDICATED on December 17, 1995, the Agape Church drew a lot of visitors from all over the world. Even the ambassadors of Sweden and Great Britain were at the dedication, which was done by the bishop Hans Växby and the superintendent Olav Pärnamets. SINCE the dedication, a lot more rooms have been finished. The variety of the rooms and the large windows makes the church very interesting and inviting. As of now, the basement is still not finished. A lot of people and organisations have contributed very much so that the Agape Church could get where it is now. Also a lot of volunteers have helped building the church. Here we would like to mention the very special people with our warmest appreciation:
